The Mission 1 Stability is the official training shoe of the U.S. military, made by SAS.
I was surprised the first time I wore them; they are incredibly comfortable, easy to walk in, and don't make my feet tired.
I wanted to share how great they are at the MEYAME STORE, so I have been steadily collecting them as deadstock over the past year.

As is true for military items in general, I love their streamlined design, which is born from pursuing pure functionality.

【Item Details】

These are training shoes that San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS) have been supplying to the U.S. military since 2017.
While U.S. soldiers previously purchased and wore their own preferred training shoes, the military began issuing them officially following a 2017 defense regulation.

Among the three manufacturers selected, this shoe is the most widely worn and is highly rated by soldiers for its superior functionality.

Established in San Antonio, Texas in 1976, San Antonio Shoemakers remains committed to U.S.-based production, with each pair carefully crafted by artisans.

The upper is made of a combination of lightweight mesh and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) for breathability and a comfortable fit. The midsole uses shock-absorbing Ultra-lite, and the outsole features a sturdy, thick Vibram sole. They protect your feet from the impact of intense exercise, such as gym workouts or running.

Reflectors are placed in various spots as an accent. The shoelaces also contain reflective material, ensuring safety at night.

【Points to Note】

These are unused U.S. military deadstock items, but please note that some individual pairs may have minor scuffs or scratches from storage, or slight wear to the body logo or insole print. Thank you for your understanding.

A shoe box is not included. We will send them in a MEYAME gift bag.

【About Size Selection】

SAS uses its own unique US sizing and width system.

You may find the variety of sizes confusing, but there is a reason for this: as military-grade equipment, they are produced in a wide range of sizes to perfectly fit the feet of individual soldiers.

For example, 5B and 5D are the same size 5, but the letter following the number is different. This letter indicates the width. B is slightly narrow, and D is standard.

Since the fit varies by width even within the same numerical size, please refer to the size chart below.

They run slightly small.

If you prefer a snug fit, please choose half a size larger.

If you prefer a roomier fit, please choose one full size larger.
