Designed based on the USARMY SNOW PARKA,
As the name suggests, it's a SNOW PARKA SKIRT.

Not only can it be worn as a skirt, but you can also fold the waist up to wear it as a bare dress.

You can enjoy a variety of silhouettes by adjusting the cords in the middle and hem and the lace-up on the back.

The length can be adjusted in two stages using the buttons on the hem.
