This time, MEYAME 's brand concept Based on the theme of " Clothes you want to keep forever ," I would like to write about "wearing clothes for a long time" along with some MEYAME clothes that I have actually been using for a long time.

My first encounter with MEYAME was when I purchased an OBLONG NECK RIB PULLOVER online (about five years ago) before I entered the apparel industry.

I really liked this item and wore it often. Of course, it can be washed, but I tried to hand wash it whenever possible and wore it with care. It's still in good condition and can be worn as always.

I have now purchased the updated version and continue to use it.

The next two pieces I've been using for a long time are the linen anorak and the wrapped plaid skirt from the 2020SS collection.
When I joined my previous job (a select shop), I was excited when I personally ordered clothes from MEYAME for the first time.

When I placed the order, I remember being very excited and thinking, "It's so cute! I want to wear it!"
These are two items that I still really love, and I take great care of them and wear them.

The key to wearing clothes for a long time is to buy things that really make your heart flutter. I think that way you can wear the things you buy for a long time without getting bored of them.

Many of MEYAME 's designs are inspired by vintage clothing, and because they are based on designs that have been worn for a long time, I feel that they can be worn for a long time without getting bored. I think that MEYAME 's clothes are unique in that they always feel natural and match your style at the time.
It's also important that the materials and construction are durable. If you choose durable items, you can wear them over and over again. It's sad when your favorite items are no longer wearable, so I feel that MEYAME 's clothes can be worn for a long time in that respect as well.

I think I will continue to have more and more precious clothes in the future, but I would like to continue to take good care of them and continue to wear them fondly without letting them go.
