You decide to write a letter, so you prepare letter paper, an envelope, a pen, and a stamp.

At this point, 50% of the "writing the letter" is done.

The remaining 50% is thinking about the other person and actually writing.

We received a letter from a customer who came to MEYAME STORE from far away a few months ago.

The handwritten words there warmed my heart from the inside out, like a bonfire.

The warmth is very long-lasting.

At MEYAME STORE, both the physical store and the online store, the store manager, Watanabe, writes letters to customers.

Customers often tell us about their letters, and they have become an important form of communication for MEYAME.
